Tools for Transformation

Robin Stanley had the dream of feeding the physical and spiritual needs of her neighbors in Appalachia. But she wasn’t sure how to make it happen. World Vision’s Tools for Transformation training gave her the practical tools and support to plan, start, and sustain a food pantry that has made her dream a reality.

Equipping leaders to build strong communities

Impact:
13,765 local leaders learned to design solutions for their community’s challenges through Tools for Transformation training in 2003.

This training unleashes the potential of community leaders. World Vision’s Tools for Transformation equips local leaders and faith-based organizations with the skills and strategies to mobilize resources and achieve their vision to transform their communities.

Partnering with local leaders, churches, and community organizations to develop effective initiatives to transform their neighborhoods
